A recent (home sleep study) test results are in and I'm not surprised. It confirmed what I already knew. I've been getting better quality sleep and more REM/deep sleep time. I'm even dreaming again and the dreams are so vivid. This probably goes without saying but I feel I must. The CPAP was never a good option for me. I tried but couldn't get past the restrictive device. One morning I woke up and it was not only off but disconnected as well. To be fair, the oral device is a little clunky and takes some getting use to. But Dr. Nick has helped me with adjustments as needed and suggestions for home exercises are helping as well. All in all, so very happy with my decision to find an alternative solution for my OSA with WA Center for Sleep.

Dr. Nick is knowledgeable, easygoing, and makes the process to better sleep a smooth one. He was always able to answer my questions and explain things in a way I could understand. My at-home sleep study was effortless yet informative. It ultimately led me to receiving an oral sleep device that is fitted specifically to my mouth (also a quick and easy process) and showed positive results in just a few week.

I’ve had an excellent experience at this practice with Dr. Nick. The team is knowledgeable, cares about their patients, and takes the time to address both immediate symptoms and underlying root causes rather than just quick fixes. Highly recommend

Dr. Koogler addressed my sleep apnea concerns and questions. He fitted me for a mandibular device and advised on its proper use. The positive results were immediate and I'm very pleased with the results after 6 weeks. Sleeping better and more refreshed each morning. Thank you, Dr. Koogler!

Dr. Koogler is an amazing DDS and sleep specialist. He listens and answers any questions you have. His office is convenient, and they handled all my insurance billing and questions. I cannot recommend WA Center for Sleep and Dr. Koogler enough.
